Templates im shared library disappeared. How do I get them back?

My boss designed some templates to help me. He had them in our shared library but they have disappeared. How do I get them back? I can't do my job without them and I'm on a pretty tight deadline. He doesn't know what to do either.

Do you have a backup of the shared library, or the template files, in any other location?

Just to be 100% clear... Are you talking about content accessed through the CC Libraries panel in InDesign or something like Dropbox?

If templates were shared using Adobe Creative Cloud, you may check if you're signed in using the correct account. Signing out & signing back in Creative Cloud desktop app may also help. You may also check out this help article for file sync troubleshooting in Creative Cloud. Hope it helps.
