Text box disappears in InDesign 16.3 on M1 iMac 2021

Hello everybody. I'm using indesign on iMac 2021 M1 8Gb Ram and when editing or creating text it disappears and comes back only when writing new text. Yesterday I updated to 16.3 but the problem persists. Any ideas or solutions for this?

Only, that this issue was already reported two times here in the forum this week.

Do you have an additional monitor plugged to your machine?

Sorry about this inconvenience. As mentioned above, this issue was reported by multiple users. We have recently released an update for InDesign 2021 (v16.3.2), which contains some stability fixes. If you are not already on (v16.3.2), then we recommend you to update to the latest version and let us know how it goes.

I have - as recommended here in another thread - switched off the GPU Performance in the Indesign settings... It worked! So far I don't have a problem with the disappearing text boxes anymore 🙂
