Everytime I create a new text box, it comes with an outter padding (img01). It affects other text layers, as some form of shield (img02). I looks like a mater with a simple solution, but I can't quite figure out.
I have the most recent version of Indesign (2022).
That's a default text wrap that you've accidenatally applied.
Deselect everything and open the Text Wrap panel, then make sure it is set to no wrap. Also check your Default Text Frame object style and be sure it isn't added there as well.
With no files open do the same to be sure it isn't set as a global default that will affect new documents.
