If my document is on text reflow and I'm placing a lot of text, why is it only placing on the first page (with the red arrow - I can manualy paste it on each next page, but there's for sure a way to get it automacaly on all pages!)
Please reply!

You can set it to autoflow by clicking the OutPort at the bottom right - then Shift Click on the next page text frame
https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/indesign/using/threading-text.html
Alternatively you can use Alt click to go frame by frame
You can use Smart Text reflow if you have your document setup

When your document has no primary text frames on the master/parent page, you have hold the shift key, when you place the text.

it DOES have primary text frames.
when I place a large text file, I get only the beginning (until the paragraph style which is on 'next page') and then the red arrow in the corner.

Red arrow is text overflow and can be caused by a number of things, like a large indent or keep options with text, or a number of other issues, like a really large table cell.
Can you share the document either here or privately and we could take a look if you like. It can be tricky to track down why it's oversetting.

You only have 1 primary text frame
Add another text frame to your 2nd page on the Parent Page
Then Thread the Two Text frames
Then you can thread to the other pages.
I sent you a private message with the file.

Check your private messages - envelope top right - I shared a file with you there.
You don't have a text frame on the right hand page in the Parent Pages. That's the issue.

I changed the heading style to be on avery odd page,
why are my pages the wrong way?
how can I change that?
Also, why do I need a text frame on the right side if I'm not putting text
there?

Thank you for helping me with the fish,
I'm trying to do the same for the soups.
even if I did a text box on the right side, it doesn't reflow and create all pages

You shouldn't need the text frame on the opposite page, as you rightly pointed out. But no harm in it either.
You need to click the Red Icon on the bottom right, go to your next page and hold down Shift and click into the page on the left, this is where the primary text frame is.
This should then automatically load all the text and pages.
Let me know if you need a hand.

You need to observe your cursor when reflowing text - it will change depends on the "context" - if it's over the TextFrame that can be used to flow the text.

Yes, the works when just clicking from the red arrow into the text box,but when shift clicking to get all text reflowing it doesn't work.
I tried plenty of times.
