Text spreading too wide despite justification

Hello, I have this problem when I work with text, it spreads like this:
example text, e x a m p l e  t e x t, example  t e x t. Just like in the screenshot I added. 

I really need help with this ASAP, please!

Allow more flexibility in spacing of the words. [ 99% 100% 101% ] is too tight. Change that perhaps to [ 75% 90% 105% ].

Also allow hyphenation of words that begin with a capital letter so that the long names can be hyphenated. Allow hyphenation accross columns.
