text wrap not maintaining wrap

After setting a JPG image to wrap top OR bottom 0.125",  after moving on to another section of the multi-page document, then returning, I find the same 1-2 images are now not wrapping the surrounding text, despite the wrap is still set to wrap. It only seems to be an issue with 1-2 particular images of many. I tried moving the image backward, but no iimprovement. I am using an old version of the application, CS5, version 7.0 on a Mac.

What is the problem?

We would need more information to help you. Take a screen shot of the picture and text wrap in question. Make sure the Text Wrap is selected and the Text Wrap panel is open. You need to be in Normal view, not Preview.

Also, tell us in that case, how you're expecting the wrap to act differently than it looks to you.

Check to see if you've ticked the option that wrap affects only text below.

See attached screenshot.

I expect the text to wrap 0.125" at bottom of image, as set. Initially, it
wrapped properly, but after leaving the page and doing some text editing
that may have reflowed the text, this is what happens. If I drag the image,
it re-wraps properly as set.

It looks as if the image was never set to be wrapped, resting on top of the text. The wrap function was set properly. I wrapped it the same as several other images, and only 2 images do not stay wrapped after oberving them initially wrapped propery. If I drag the image slightly, the wrapping corrects, though temporarily.

Maybe that the baseine grid is influencing your text wrap?
