Transferring InDesign Pages between Macbooks

Hello. I hope that the community can help. My high school students use InDesign to create pages on Macbooks for our school newspaper. Each page designer is assigned a Mac and creates their page on their Mac. However, we have not found a way to "transfer" pages between accounts or Macs. In other words, when there is an issue with a created page, only the person who created the page can access it to solve the issue, which means that they have to be present with their Mac. Because kids leave and logout of their computers, we cannot access their file. Sharing a page with another student doesn''t work as downloaded fonts are dropped and many of the design elements are lost. Is there a solution for this? Meaning, is there a way that multiple page editors could have access to one page that is created on a Mac other than their own, keeping all the design components of the page, and being able to edit the page. Thanks for considering.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

And you shouldn't be replying to emails - but log to the website - there is too much of your private info.

Are you talking about desktop version of InDesign - or Adobe Express?

If desktop - then I think you should be able to share DropBox account or Google Drive or something else.

Create a folder for each kid - and share only this folder with this kid.

Make sure to set option to always store files locally - otherwise, InDesign won't be able open files.
