I've downloaded the trial version to edit a template I've downloaded from Adobe Stock but as I open the file all seems not to be editable not the text, not the images, all I can do is mess with the properties of the texts I can not add text either or any other thing as most options in the menu are in grey unattainable. I cannot find any answers here, what should I do?
Sounds like those items may be locked or on a parent page. I believe the trial period is one week and I doubt very much that you'll have enough time to learn the program in time to do whatever it is you're trying to accomplish.
