trying to activate fonts

hi, i am trying to activate fonts in indesign and i have the following issue: the syncing isn't working and error 198 is showing up. i  can't figure out how to get coresync into my extensions so there isn't even the box to check or uncheck. also when i do a search coresync comes up, but when i click it is says "can't open the app because it isn't supported on this mac."

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share the version of InDesign & macOS? Also, have you tried re-installing the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app?
