Hi! I am looking to create these twinkling 4 pronged star frames for my schools yearbook and haven't been able to find any methods online to do this in Adobe Indesign. Does anyone know how I can create something like this in Indesign?

Apart from the fact that you can download such stars to any website with vector icons such as Noun Project, Vecteezy, etc. - this is more a thing you should do in Illustrator... Copy from there and then paste or place in Indesign.
