I downloaded version 17 of InDesign this morning. The second existing file I opened to work on, I got the Type 1 end of support message. Have not gotten this message on previous versions and did not get it on the first file I opened that uses the same exact font set as the first. I went to the Find Fonts window...it says "Type 1 fonts 0" Checked all the fonts manual...3 are open type, all the remaining fonts are Adobe Crative Cloud desktop fonts (activated online). A bug perhaps?

Did the first document you opened today had a "Type 1" font warning?
Does perhaps a paragraph style or a character style currently not in use needs a Type 1 font?

Thanks, worked for me. Despite no Type 1 Fonts, there was an unused Charachter Style containg one. Deleted the Style. Problem resolved.

Hi there,
Questions from Uwe seem to be valid. I would like to know if the issue is resolved already? If not, I would request if you could share the details asked above.
