UI Lag and Tab Switching Delays in InDesign 20.3 on Windows 11

Three of us same issue, clicking between tabs/doc and the programme appears to freeze but will *eventually* goto the other tab.

All on windows 11, this problem did not exist before this version. Also for one team member opening the app the interface is massive, if she minimises the window it then fixes itself.

Would be great if Adobe could fix please.

Thanks for sharing the details.

I would like to isolate this a bit more, could you confirm whether you're all working on files saved locally, or if they’re stored on external drives, cloud services, or remote servers? 

Also, when you get a chance, please try launching InDesign in Windows Safe Mode or under a new user account to help rule out interference from third-party apps or user-specific configurations. References:

If possible, please also share a short screen recording showing the delay between switching tabs, it'll really help us understand the behavior better and pass it on to the team.
