Unable to convert indd v15 to v14 with the creative cloud

Hi, since the past week, we can't convert some templates we have to make pages with a version 15 or 16 to Indesign v14.03, creating conflict in some cases and in others sucesfully creating the file after try for a couples time. The question is if this conversion tool has been removed or not, because is a process from creative cloud as i understand, and if it has been removed can some other tool replace it.

If I understand your question correctly, you only need to save as IDML from InDesign 15 or 16, then open the IDML in v14. What kind of process are you using?

@leo.r I suspect that if @alejandro_2948 had the newer versions avaialble he would not be trying to use the cloud to convert.
