Unable to open files in In Design

I have a question.

I´m enable to open In Design, but unable to open a file (from Dropbox). I´m using the newest version of In Design. I have taken a restart on my Macbook Pro (2018) and I have logged out and then in to see if that would help. Unfortunatelly, it did not.

Anyone who might know/understand how I can solve this problem? I would be so greatful for help!

Regards, Karine Bergseth

Make sure you don't have smart synch enabled. That's enough to cause InDesign to time out while the files download.

Hello!

Thanks for your answer. Where/how can I check if «smart synch» is enabled…?
