Close all Adobe applications and manually reset preferences by renaming the folders from the following locations: Windows: C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Adobe
Rename the InDesign folder to InDesign.old and launch InDesign from the Creative Cloud app.
