unable to share or using the share link because its keep uploading - indesign

i have trouble with this I tried to fix it mutable times, but it's not working. The tap keeps uploading without showing the share link bottom

Does this happen with just one file, or other files too? Can you give us more information about your system, please: Please tell us what operating system (exactly) you're running. Please tell us (exactly) what InDesign version you're using.

No for all the files, it was working pretty fine, but now it is not I'm using the latest version of InDesign 

system : 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
