Unknown Characters in Thai Fonts When Viewing PDF Generated from InDesign in Acrobat

Hello InDesign community, I posted my issues on InDesign community regarding the error in fonts after exporting from InDesign that blockes the public acessibility to my work in this post click  and acrobat community in this click

Unfortunately, my issues are still unresolved and was badly neglected for almost a month. So I am posting my issues here again, hoping that the support team will take my case more seriously, at best I want to get it fixed  but at least I want to know that it's fixable and it's still worth using this app or not.
