I just upgraded to InDesign 17.0.1 on MacOS Monterey 12.0.1 and now I can't export to PDF files. It appears to start exporting (file even briefly shows up in saved folder) and then it disappers and file is not saved. Has anyone experienced this and anyone suggest a work around?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Do you see this behavior while working on a specific file?  Do you have sidecar or any external display connected with your machine? If yes, please try removing it & see if it helps.

Loking forward to your response.

Regards,

Ashutosh

Yes, please do let us know if it's a specific document or all documents. And no harm in deleting your ID prefs, which will rebuild them, and possibly help your problem: https://helpx.adobe.com/sea/indesign/kb/indesign-preferences-support-file-locations.html
