Using hyperlinks in linked InDesign document

Hi everyone,

I have a InDesign document with hyperlinks which is linked / embedded in another document. When I export the embedded document as a pdf the hyperlinks work as expected. However when I export the "parent" document the hyperlinks aren't working.
Does somebody know any way to solve that?

Thanks,
Andreas

Hi Andreas,

there is no solution with InDesign.

You may be able to assemble the two PDFs with Adobe Acrobat Pro perhaps.

Or you have to copy the contents from the now placed InDesign pages to the other document.
