Using Indesign 2024 and cannot remove border strokes around cells in table

Community Beginner ,

I have set all the Table and Cell strokes to Color=NONE and Weight=0 but these lines keep showing up when I export the image.  I was originally thinking of White border which is why White cell border persists but cannot get rid of it.

I am trying to export the graphic create graphic for retractable banner and need to get rid of these cell outlines.

I have searched every possible tech note on tables and borders and nothing works.  Help!

After many hours of searching settings in Indesign, I finally found that by unchecking Border box under Paragraph properties made these white borders disappear.  No stroke setting for table, cells or rows affected this.  Very exaperating. Can someone explain?

I spent many hours on this problem. Setting the Strokes properties for Table cells, rows or columns - No Color or 0 pt - had any effect on the white border that I wanted dropped out.

Ultimately, I came across a Border selection box under Paragraph properties. I unchecked and the white border around the text around the table cell text disappeared. Can someone explain why?

It should be much quicker to diagnose the problem - if you could share your file - I think even one page should be sufficient.

@dennish69058654

Now, Paragraphs have borders as well:
