Ver 4 ICC profiles were converted to ver 2 ICC profiles during PDF export

When I try and export a High Quality PDF I get the error above. It doesn't seem to happen with a Press Quality export. 
What can I do to eliminate this error, as the High Quality and Press Quality PDFs have very obviously different colours on screen. They've not gone to the printers yet. I don't want to end up with several 100k leaflets with the wrong colours coming back from the printers.

Try exporting to PDF/X-4. If you want to convert to CMYK on the export set your Destination to Document CMYK—that will also solve your color problem because PDF/X-4 includes an Output Intent profile, which is used by default for the soft proof in AcrobatPro’s Output Preview:
