Videos in Publish Online Catalogs Won't Autoplay on Mobile

I use publish online for my catalogs and think it is working fine, but I have an isuue with the videoes in the catalogs. It will not start automatic when you see it on a mobilephone - only when you see it on a pc. I have "play on page load" active. Can I fix it?

To help address this, could you please confirm if the issue occurs across all mobile devices or just specific ones? Unfortunately, autoplay on mobile devices is often restricted by browsers to save data and battery life, even when “play on page load” is enabled. One workaround is to add a clear play button or instruction prompting users to start the video manually on mobile devices.
