Visibility of Table in Interactive Text Field in Indesign

I have a table that is "Paste Into" an interactive text field. The table is visible when I preview the setup in Buttons & Forms window.

However, the disappears when I export to Interactive PDF file.

I am attaching 3 files. The original Indesign source file, the exported Interactive PDF and a PNG file of a screenshot of the preview showing the table is there.

Is there a trick to making sure the Table shows in the Interactive PDF version.

The table pasted into the field will not work (in the end result that I think you are trying to accomplish). You will need to create individual fields for each area of table. The check box can show/hide the multiple fields of the table.

You may be being a bit ambitious using an Interactive PDF format for this.

Maybe in5 might be better, an InDesign plugin (at extra cost) that produces HTL5 documents: https://ajarproductions.com
