Visual glitch offsets parts of page when moving object or scrolling, on VivoBook Pro 15

When scrolling through an InDesign document or moving an object, i get slight annoying visual glitches that stay like this until I change the zoom level back and forth, or i scroll to another page and back. They appear seemingly out of the blue, and create problems to align objects and guides well. The glitches appear vertically and horizontally both. See screenshots below for display problem.

This issue does not appear on any other Adobe product or on my other computer.
I'm on an Asus VivoBook Pro 15 with a High DPI display so my Windows display scaling is always set to 125%. It has an NVIDIA GTX 1650 GPU. I can't find what does this.
Can you help?

That's a bit odd.

Are all you drivers up to date for the graphics card?

If you start in safe mode does the problem persist?
