Weird thing happening with my Indesign for a while..

So for majority of my projects after some update, I have no idea which one. My indesign file starts showing weird black jagged effect on my screen, on preview mode and not in preview mode. When there is more text and pages, it gets worse when zooming in and out. Perhaps there is an answer to this, but I wasn't sure what to search for this issue? Here are pictures to illustrate the point i'm trying to convey

Turn off GPU Performance in InDesign preferences.
