@Gidget5 Is is only showing on this spread or all spreads? Is it on the master page? Did you check your layers panel to see if there is a shape there? Only in this document? What version of ID and what is your OS? Any more info will help us troubleshoot the issue!

I also think it relates to text wrap—it is pushing Sessions Planning and In process to the right. Is in on the master page? It's lighter blue than the other frames so that is my guess.

It is some lost frame or text wrap. But the main problem here is unclean work. You have to many text frames which causes that problem. Why not working with one single text frame for the story, which should exactly run into the page’s margins?
