While a Indesign file is packaged the file name used to take the original file namd and add a folder at the end of it, now the file name is not fully assigned as before with _Folder.
Packaging the InDesign file does put all items needed for the job in a nice neat folder. It will also warn you of potential problems. If changes are needed you should go back to original file. Make the changes. Throw away the packaged folder and run package again for finial print.
