White boxes after exporting PDF

Hello,

I created a 100 page heavy doc in indesign. Just text and some graphics.

I'm exporting the PDF and all seems good. But when I send the file to the client he's having visualization issues in the cover, either opening the file from Preview in mac or Acrobat. I'm opening same file on my end in preview and acrobat too and notihng...all looks good!

Am I missing something? I've never seen this before and loosing my mind!

Same view for you both in Preview and Acrobat?

What are your export settings?

I'm exporting as an interactive PDF. The image cover is a PSD. 

And Yes same visualization issue for both in Preview and Acrobat.

What PDF version do you export?
Which exactly Acrobat version uses the client? Other programs, like Ghstview or Preview are not reliable and should not be used to proof PDF files.
