Why hyphenation is not working on some cases?

Check this out (demo indd attached)! hyphenation not working (lot of loose lines) on some styles. I don't have any clue fixing this issue. I tried idml & clear cache, but still the same? Please help?

The language of your text for the ones that are not working is set to German. Changing the language to English immediately hyphenates the text. I only know enough German to be dangerous and don't know how hyphens work in that language but that seems to be your problem.
