I have spent hours today trying to get support for InDesign. Two different support people said they'd research my problem and call me back and never did. The last person I had remotely on my desktop trying to solve the problem was definitely not experienced, and was just trying anything, learning as he went. How can I email Adobe directly to complain? My problem is not in the forum and I don't want to get help via the forum. I want direct support but clearly the support is not trained very well. How can I reach Adobe in the US to discuss this problem and find a better solution?

Why not use the forum here?

Adobe support tends to be help on installation issues. If you're having problems running InDesign you're probably better off posting on the forum with its very experienced users offering help.
If you want to give the forum a try indicate your version of InDesign and OS and system specs and give details of the issue you are having.

The users here on the forum have way more experience than most of the Adobe customer support people. Perhaps decades more experience. Please let us help you.
If you've got a very specific problem, the chances that you'll reach someone at Adobe who actually knows the answer to that very specific problem is quite slim. Conversely, if you post your problem here, even if the people reading your post don't have the answer, we likely know exactly who does and we can loop them into the conversation.

You're literally complaining about Adobe support in the one place that could offer you support.
