0kb file Size while exporting as JPEG

Sometimes our employees cant export the file as JPEG on the network storage. The new created file has a filesize from 0kb. The file cant be opened. 

Our installed Versions:

InDesign: 16.2.1

Mac: 11.4

Export the file to the desktop first and then move it to your network storage.

Thank you for confirming the solution. I'd also recommend to provide full disc access to XD by going to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disc Access.
