A video in the interactive PDF, posted online doesn't play

Hi,

In my interactive PDF, posted online from Indesign, videos do not play on a mobile. What could be a reason? Thank you.

Running videos in PDFs is not recommended - either include a hyperlink in your PDF to an external source, such as a Youtube, or similar, site or change the format to InDesign’s Publish Online, FXl ePub or use in5, an InDesign plugin (at extra cost).

Can you provide a link to this document?

In any case, playing a video requires Acrobat Reader (vs iOS default PDF reader or Android default PDF reader)
