Add images and tables to the Index

Hi! I have a large INDD with an Index and I need to add the images and tables in it.
Something like this:

MyReference 14, 15, 16fig.
MyOtherReference 14, 15, 18tab.

I've tried adding and then generating the captions and I think I'm close to solve it. But the page number is added without the "fig" and "tab" (of course) which I assume can be done with custom cross-references (I guess).

I'll really appreciate if someone can give me any insight on this 🙂

Indexing indexes words, so other things you want in the index might have to be manually edited.
