Adobe CS6 Text Wrap plugin issue

I've use creative cloud indesign and went back to my paid version of indesign CS6 but now it won't open due to a "text wrap plugin" ( see attached)  can anyone help with this?  Thank you.

Did you try running Disk Utility to repair permissions?

what's your operating system version?

Did you uninstall everything Creative Cloud before trying to re-install InDesign CS6?

There should be a cleaner-tool somewhere to get rid of everything. Found it:
