Adobe InDesign fails to open

Id launches but I get a window that Id has encountered errors and needs to close.  Sometimes I get another window that a mogal dialogue is active.  I have tried to contact Addobe but no response.

@Stan5FBE Sounds frustrating. I'm not sure how you tried to contact Adobe but here are some methods for you that are sure to get an agent to help you. You will need to give your version and OS. If you have more problems, please let us know!
