I have uninstalled InDesign, deleted my preferences, created a new document, a new csv and InDesign still cannot export a datamerge document without crashing. I'm constantly met with the error "Adobe InDesign is shutting down. A serious error was detected. Please restart InDesign to recover work in any unsaved InDesign documents."

I've updated my system, checked my csv and datamerge tags and all is fine. This document usually exports with no issue but today it just keeps crashing. I can't seem to fix it and I've checked almost everything that is on this forum, please can somebody help?

I have pasted my error log here https://pastebin.com/WVfsjrHP.
