Adobe Share Feature Not Working on Client Side

Hi all,

I have been using the Indesign "Share" feature for almost a year so that my clients can review documents. However, just recently, when they log-on to their Adobe account (since they contract their marketing out to me, they only have a free account) the files are not in their dashboard to review.

Please tell that Adobe isn't allowing them to see the documents any longer becasue they do not have a paid for account.

This Share feature was a game changer for me and my clients.  Please help and tell me I have not checked a box somewhere silly for them to review.

Gratefully Yours,

Michelle

Hi Michelle,

Sorry about the trouble this issue has caused. No changes have been made to this feature and users can still view the shared files if they're logged in through their Adobe id's. This issue has been reported by a few other users as well and our team is working on it. We would need a few more details like:

  • Exact version of macOS
  • Does it give any error code or show blank screen? It would be great if you could add a few screenshots.

We’re here to help, just need more info.

Regards,

Srishti
