After latest update of IndesignCC V 16.2 everything is snapping to some invisible grid

After latest update of InDesignCC V 16.2 everything is snapping to some invisible grid eevn after all smart guide, document grid or baseline grids are off. Moveing of objects or shapping curves with Direct Selection Tool is snpping the selected element to some grid. Even the handes of curve points are snapping in grid

How about the more basic View > Grids & Guides > Snap to Guides. Is that also off? Is this in one file or also all new files?
