AIGPUSniffer keeps appearing in the dock

Hi, whenever I use InDesign, AIGPUSniffer appears in the dock even after I quit InDesign. How to remove it ?

Hey,

 

AIGPUSniffer is just a safe auxiliary process that launches together with Illustrator and InDesign. Because it starts together with InDesign and Illustrator, it also appears in your "Recent Apps" in the dock, but this is harmless.

 

You can remove "Recent apps" from the Dock:

 

  1. Go to System Preferences > Dock
  2. Deselect the Show recent applications in Dock check box

 

However, in macOS Big Sur it hasn't shown up any more, so maybe, if you haven't updated yet, this can be a solution too.
