Align scripts no longer working in InDesign 2018?

app.layoutWindows[0].transformReferencePoint = AnchorPoint.BOTTOM_RIGHT_ANCHOR;

app.layoutWindows[0].transformReferencePoint = AnchorPoint.TOP_LEFT_ANCHOR;

The two snippets above are examples of what I use to help me to align objects on the fly, with shortcuts attached to each snippet, and they used to work just fine in InDesign 2015, but now in 2018 they stopped responding?

Is there some issue with 2018 regarding transform based codes?

Below is a screenshot from when I encountered the issue.

Hi Derek,

both code snippets are changing the reference point only.

They do nothing more.

And they do work very well in my InDesign CC 2018 version 13.1.1.110 on my Windows 10 machine.

Even with rotated spread view.

Regards,
Uwe Laubender
