alternative layout rotate the content

with an alternative layout rotate the content by 90 degrees, is that possible?

I have a DinA5 landscape format. Alternatively, this should now be upright and the content should also rotate 90 degrees.

Try File > Adjust Layout and change the Orientation to Portrait.
