Recently switched from Mac to PC. Question about where to find animaed zoom on windows in indesign?

I have updated the software to the most recent version and still did not fix the issue. Cant find the GPU Performance tab in Indesign. Any solutions?

Mac only. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for any attention to paid to this or UI Scaling.

I've been complaining for years and nobody at a paygrade capable of doing anything about it cares.
