App updates reset settings and workspaces

Hi,

As the subject reads, every time there is an auto update for the Adobe apps that I've been using. I have noticed it more so with InDesign and Illustrator as I use them the most, but all the settings and workspaces that I have saved are gone. Nowhere to be found. I contacted support via the chat, and they couldn't help me.

This has happened at least 2 or 3 times. I should remember to take a screenshot this time, but I really shouldn't have to.

You have options to import the settings or not.

Open your Creative Cloud app.

Click on the icon in the upper right corner of the app to open the preferences.

Click on Apps on the left side of the dialog box.

For each app, check the Advanced Options.

If that's not working, something else is wrong. Check first and please report back.

Hey, sorry didn't see a notification for a reply.
They all have the import settings on but not the remove older versions. Would that make a difference?
