Hi everyone, I have a list of names, and I created a template certificate inDesign. Is there an easy way to populate 32 copies with the 32 individual names in the name field for printing? Or do I have to type out every name on 32 individual certificate templates?

Thanks for your help

Sounds like something that could be done with Data Merge.

If you are on macOS you may try MyDataMerge (https://mydatamerge.com) - we use that regularly. Its free for 40 data records so it might be your best solution if you are looking for "easy" and fast. Supports Excel and takes care of all the small issues you might run into when using indesigns data merge (e.g. file encoding). You can also output single PDFs with names based on your data.
