arabic words not connecting

I have my arabic keyboard, i changed the language to English support arabic.

BUT IT JUST WONT WORK.

THE LETTERS ARE NOT CONNECTING.

i read other posts but nothing seems to work, please i need help!!!!!!!!! i have a class project due Monday that needs arabic and english text on it
