I"m working with a non-profit organizatiton that wants to publish a Cookbook.  Being an InDesign user, I prefer to create the cookbook using InDesign, how ever it seems that most POD publishers (Like LuLu) support word files and do not support Indesign documents.  Any ideas?

All POD publishers I know accept (and prefer) files delivered in PDF format. No one wants native InDesign files, so you're safe.

NEVER send native InDesign files.

Export a PDF and send that. Ask the printer for the file requirements.
