Je n'ai jamais pu installer In Design en version d'essai sur mon ordianteur et je me retrouve avec un abonnement qui est ponctionné sur mon compte sans que j'ai pu utliser l'application. Je souhaite me désabonner et me retrouve avec une demande de 117 € encore une fois pour un abonnement que je n'ai jamais pu tester qui n'est pas installé dur mon ordinateur... c'est une grosse arnaque comment être désabonné sans frais et remboursé !!

Contact support and let them know your situation they will help you cancel and if possible wave-off the cancellation fee. Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
