Hi,

I am not sure if you are looking for keyboard shortcut settings in Indesign. If yes, then key board shortcuts are available inside menu "Edit"

 

Edit-> Keyboard Shortcuts...

You could also create a Character Style and create the KB shortcut for it. A style would make it easier to find out where you applied it too.
