I've produced an ebook for a client using Publish Online which has a few audio clips scattered throughout, and I've tested it on every device I have and it works fine for me. My client says she and others are experiencing the following issues:
-"Play" buttons will be shaded (not full color) and cannot be activated. Sometimes this will be for all buttons across the eBook and sometimes certain buttons will work while others don't allowing only some of the audio files to be played.
-Sometimes the book will skip many pages at a time or skip from a page with audio to the next page with audio - bypassing all nonaudio pages. We have tried using the pause button after listening to an audio file to see if that stops the problem, but it does not.
-sometimes you get kicked out of the book while scrolling.
-sometimes it's just kinda glitchy. i would describe this as flickering on and off.
Problems occur with both android and iOS devices.
