Auto Relink Images after change from Tiff to PSD

I have a large book project setup in InDesign.

The artwork is mostly complete and contains over 400 images.

We are now going to print the book Duotone so we need to convert images to Duotone and resave them as either PSD or EPS due to the duotone format restrictions in PS.

As they have been imported into ID as Tiff I'm looking for a way to relink the new PSD files to the Tiff placeholders automatically?

The coverted resaved images have the same name as original.

Does anyone know of a way to relink images if the suffix has changed in InDesign?

Thank you

This has been solved by using Relink File Extension!
